Color & Clarity

Inspired by a painter's vibrant strokes on canvas, this stunning set is crafted with its own unique process: Glass blowing. Adam Goldberg places soda-lime glass into a 2,000-degree furnace where it turns molten, is layered with bands of color, and formed using steel blow pipes. The result is something extraordinary: These bright, durable glasses that give dinner parties both artistry and elegance. A great gift for creative friends or new home owners, the colored glasses will complement any cocktail or simple sip of water. Handmade in Toledo, Ohio.

Adam has been working with glass since 2005, and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bowling Green State University in 2011. Throughout college, he worked at the Toledo Museum of Art Glass Pavilion teaching workshops, and doing public demonstrations.

Adam received the Stuart R. Givens Fellowship in 2010 and spent two months traveling and working for glass artists throughout Japan's main island of Honshu. This journey led to Adam being invited to work at Pilchuck Glass School as a Teaching Assistant to artist Omura Shunji in 2011. The Japan experience helped Adam develop his aesthetic in glass. Though he is still - and always will be - refining it.
