"Working with wood became a passion," explains Rick Salek, "because I love working with my hands." Born and raised in Avon, Ohio, Rick confesses that he also has a soft spot for printing: "I can pretty much create anything." After a career in product development filled with countless a-ha moments, Rick decided to branch out on his own to create from scratch. Today he's part of a small family-run business that produces original works that help families gather, connect, and have meaningful conversations.
