Andrea and Jon Allen met while working as baristas in the same coffee shop in northwest Arkansas. They both started to get curious about learning where the beans come from, how to roast them, and the best way to brew a cup of joe. With plenty of coffee know-how and, in Andrea’s case, the title of 2020–2021 US Barista Champion, the pair now run their own solar-powered, carbon-neutral roastery. Andrea manages operations and people while Jon oversees their fully traceable green-coffee sourcing.
