Most cat owners will tell you they don’t want their feline friends sitting on kitchen countertops. But for Kristina Burke’s adorable ceramic kitty spoon rests, we think they’ll make an exception.

  • Each cheerful cat dish is crafted from earthenware clay and then painted by hand.
  • Choose from an all-black, white and gray, or black, white, and brown cat.
  • These pieces are designed as spoon rests, but they can also be used as tea-bag rests or soap dishes.
  • Each dish is 5.5" dia.
  • Handmade in Massachusetts.

“As long as I can remember, I have always loved working with clay.” Massachusetts-based Kristina Burke grew up in a creative family. Her mother owned two gift stores, and as a young girl Kristina would meticulously craft one-of-a-kind clay pieces to sell them in her mom’s shops. During high school, Kristina expanded her practice by teaching the medium to children. Kristina’s passion eventually evolved into a full-time career, and she now co-owns her ceramics business with her husband, Bob.
