Mother-son duo Shashi and Sanjay Aggarwal started their business in 2012 with a single tin of Indian spices. Since then, they've curated a range of blends inspired by global cuisine and Shashi's lifelong love of food. Based in Liverpool, England, their business is equally committed to premium spices and ethical business practices. Sajay explains: "I'm doing what I can to make a difference in the world in the small ways I can. Essentially, I'm trying to follow in Mum's footsteps."
