Happy Sherlock Holmes Day! Or, rather, Happy Birthday Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. This is the Sherlock Holmes cocktail: scotch (the peatier the better they say, although I don’t like peaty scotch so I used bulleit rye. Bourbon would be too sweet), Lapsang Oolong tea for a hint of smokiness, fresh lemon, and honey syrup. Basically a hot toddy, but cold.
