There once was a cuff, trinity
That was made of wood, can’t you see?
It was twisted so nice, not one strand would suffice,
So the artist made it of three. 🙂
It is hard to put into words
The joy of feeding the birds
My feeder is cute
Uncommon goods loot
Perfect for owl-loving nerds
The woods of the bracelet are trine,
I think it is really QUITE fine.
To wear every day,
for work or to play,
this bracelet is truly divine!
My poor cup of jo cannot speak.
There are cookies attacking his beak.
But jo, have no fear.
Your mouth I can clear.
My teeth have a winning technique.
A beautiful cuff made of wood
Had everyone wishing they could
Look as fine as me
With the name “Trinity”
And with this great cuff they sure would! <3
Mr. Owl was wary indeed
For the robins were eyeing his seed.
He could sense they were near
And his dread turned to fear
There were so many redbreasts to feed!
Time flies some people will say
Now a week feels more like a day.
On gossamer wings
Each minute brings
Memories that shall not slip away.
The Trinity is what I see
A bracelet as beautiful as can be
Three hardwoods combine
I want to make them mine
The LUCKIEST girl would be me
Behold the bracelet of three
Made from the wood of a tree
It turns and twists
Circling your wrist
Together a chic trinity
A butterfly’s delicate, right?
But these managed to put up a fight
They say that time flies
And what a surprise
On your wall they will proudly alight
Two mugs, mouths wide with surprise,
Their faces somehow seem wise.
Keepers of caffeine
One blue, one green.
Steadfast holders of cookie-shaped supplies.
It’s time for a mug of hot tea
But you only have one hand that’s free
Your cookies need space
There’s a hole in his face
Will you promise to save one for me?
Munching mugs hold your cookies for you, come in sets of colorful hues!! Be the talk of the office, but you better be cautious, friends don’t steal you “cool” cup of brew!
The birds in your tree need a snack
This feeder holds seeds for a pack
The wary night owl
Watches over the bowl
To ensure they don’t suffer attack
Twisted walnut, rosewood and cherry
This cuff I love makes me so merry…
Adorning my wrist
it gives me a twist
And makes my arm not seem quite so hairy
It’s time for a cuff that stands out
With three different woods for more clout
It encircles your wrist
With sinuous twists
Be prepared to be spoken about
If you’re in the mood for a cookie
Over here in my mouth take a lookie
You can pair it with tea
Your heart will fill with such glee
‘Cause this nice gift won your man some “thanks” nookie
Trinity – this group of three
And three is quite enough for thee
For the brown gives it weight
The amber its fate
And the blond runs your wrist quite free!
I hold yummy treats in my yap
For snack is always good before nap
But I must confess
I can’t quite digest
So I’m sure they’ll find their way to your trap
My beauties are flying away
With a piece of my face you might say
But wait! – they are miffed
It seems they’re quite stiff
And I more lovely now that they’ve strayed
I sit on my perch and I stare
Always watching whoever goes there
Saying “do come and feed
On my plentiful seed”
For with friends I am most willing to share
FOR THE POOR DEAR OWL:
The Spikey Owl Bird Feeder buddy,
Noticed visitation was cruddy,
No friends come to see,
Such a wise one as he,
They must think him an old fuddy duddy.
FOR THAT TOTALLY H-O-T HUNK O’ WOOD!!!
Collaborate,bangle of wood,
Several colors,oh yeah,that looks good!
Shall attract ALL THE MASSES,
There won’t be many passes,
On something this HOT-GOD WHO COULD?
I opened the box and what did I see?
A lovely bracelet made from a tree
I lifted it out
And started to shout
It’s not made from one tree but three!
The birds all flock to see
The owl hanging from my tree
He provides them with food
They think what a cool dude
Little do they know it’s from me
One day this lovely pair
On wings as light as air
Decided to fly free,
The wider world to see
And escape from time’s care.
There’s this feeder, you may have heard,
Meant for the discerning bird.
I think it’s a hoot,
But the point may be moot
If another limerick is preferred.
Tick tock tick tock, two butterflies around my clock.
Two butterflies that rock my wall that holds the tick tock!
All my other walls are jealous …..
The butterflies are zealous.
Tick tock tick tock…..my butterflies rock!
Flutter, flutter goes the hands of time,
Ticking forth through motion and rhyme,
When the clock strikes noon,
Watchout! Don’t Swoon!
The butterflies become partners in crime.
Stoneware with passion they say,
These mugs open wide so make way,
They will hold your sweet treat,
While you drink and you eat,
And boy they look nice on display!
Though time slips through our fingers like water,
This clock will set you a-flutter,
Bold tones on your wall,
Eye-catching for all,
A unique timepiece like no other!
This bird feeder will give you a hoot!
Eye-catching, and functional, to boot!
Just fill it with seed,
What more do birds need?
While an owl guards their bowl-full of loot!
A young man watched the time
Only to find he earned a dime
An old man watched the butterflies
To find he had earned a prize
Neither would ever be a crime
“Buy these things!” the fair website implored.
And their wares, oh, I truly adored.
I scrimped and I saved,
with my spending behaved,
but these wares I just could not afford.
Instead of balancing that cookie on top
or loosing crumbs all over to mop
i have a useful mug
to keep the cookies snug
sure to be used non-stop!
My beloved Downton Abbey will never be the same,
This mug full o’ cookies makes sure I stay sane,
Through births, deaths and high teas, the plot it may twist,
but my sweets and hot toddy stay clenched tightly in my fist!
What time does a butterfly leave its cocoon?
Does the time matter if it’s shaped like the moon?
Tick, tock, until the metamorphosis takes place.
Until then let the hands take their place.
Hoot, hoot, says the owl by the moon,
with it’s head covered in an umbrella shaped like a balloon.
Catch a glimpse of the seeds at the base of its feet,
it will be waiting for the early birds at sunrise to eat.
Three shades of brown colored like the earth,
what do you imagine could be their worth?
A weaving pattern fits comfortably around your wrist,
just look at how they’ve got themselves in a twist!
Cookies in place of my ceramic tongue,
it makes it impossible for a song to be sung.
I’ll keep your milk cold on a warm, summer day,
promise you’ll never drop me as I’m merely made out of clay.
As I stare at the face of my clock
And hear it go tickety tock
Something catches my eye
Is it a vampire or fly?
Oh look, it’s butterflies escaping in flock!
Whooo seeds you little birdie? Somewhere high upon a tree. Could it be I, or the little owl of the night? Hey, you’re right, it’s both of us you see.
Hug a mug. Hold it so tight, till it turns colors so blue, green and so bright. Eat a cookie, hug a mug, take a sip of something, or a great big giant chug.
Oh my, oh my, look to the sky. Life’s minutes are sweeter than a bee’s honey. We can’t see time go by, but it’s lovely, like the flight of a butterfly.
The grandfather rocks with ticketty-tock. The mouse runs around and around his old clock. The flowers will sprout. The children now shout, “it’s time for the butterflies, Grandpa”. “Let’s run to the dock.”
TRINITY WOODEN CUFF BRACELET
In life we never know what’s meant to be
and I feel alone since heaven took you from me
This wooden cuff I wear around my wrist
is not only a symbol of how you’re missed
but that you’re with me for eternity!
WARM OR COOL FACE MUGS
How lazy can one be?
Your cookies are right under your tea
Ready to chug
whether you choose a warm or cool mug
Life couldn’t be more easy!
SPIKY OWL BIRD FEEDER
Whether in the morning or late at night
Whether feeding their young or coming for a quick bite
Owl say that this bird feeder is the perfect perk
For any bird lover to hear a chirp
When the birdie takes rest from flight
BUTTERFLIES POP OUT CLOCK
Time flies when you’re having fun
time flies when you’re on the run
Cherish each moment
and don’t let go of it
Hold on to time until there’s none
I’ve misplaced my cookies and I’m
Distraught because they were divine
I knocked over my tea
And what did I see?
My cookies were right there the whole time!
All in the blink of a butterflies time…minutes, days, moments and years go by. Holding close to thee heart, all which has become a part, of mine own butterfly time.
“How ya doing?”, said the Doc. But, Mr. Blue Mug and Mr. Green Mug just couldn’t talk. Something sweet got in the way of the words they wanted to say. “Yum, yum, yum”, said the Doc, “cookies for pay, now that rocks.”
Three flowing pieces of wood,
whose beauty’s far better than good.
A loving gift for a friend
with its unusual bend
will complement them as it should .
As I gaze upon Buterflies aflutter
it can make time melt like hot butter.
This unique, charming clock
will help you take stock
of the time so you know not to putter.
My Colourful Owl in yon tree,
hangs so well and beautifully.
It attracts birds with seed
to take care of their need.
So Whooo could be better than he!
I love my cookies but best of all tea.
Will you join in some of both and we’ll be
just as happy as these mugs’ faces
holding in all the right places
home made cookies for you and for me.
There once was a place called Uncommon Goods
Who sold a cuff made out of woods
It’s called Trinity
Because it’s made of woods of three
Cherry, Walnut and African Rosewood
The owl at night
Sits awfully tight
Full of birdseed
Waiting to feed
For the birds, it’s a sight
1 and 2 have gone away
Time passes as it may
The butterflies have flown
Time is given only on a loan
Tomorrow brings another day
Nature and style be one
Wear that which grows in the sun
Three bands of woven wood
Adorning your wrist are so good
Looks and feels like fun
Warm or Cool Face Mugs
Keep your drink warm or cool
also use me as a tool
I come in twos
so you won’t get the blues
But you may drool
though scholars have studied the braid,
their findings have omitted, i’m afraid,
the beauty that’s woven,
in wood, only proven
that eternity can, certainly, be made.
the silkworms after eating enough
proceeded to spin silky fluff.
after sleeping awhile,
they became quite mobile.
“it’s time for the old life to slough!”
We have a hole in our face
To give your cookies a space
But it’s inside our heads where you pour
Else you’ll lap your coffee from the floor
And to your family you’ll be a disgrace
SPIKY OWL BIRD FEEDER
I might be just a spiky owl
but I will never growl
I’ll have the birds
Coming back for thirds
Even as I wear my cowl
Trinity Wooden Cuff Bracelet
With something so unique
They will all sneak a peak
of this wooden cuff
That will always be enough
to keep your look sleek
When you see this mug, you are in awe
For it contains an open maw!
So enjoy your book,
for in this knook
The treats are stored for you to gnaw!
A BRACELET MADE OF WOOD
I DIDN’T THINK YOU COULD
BUT WITH THREE GIRLS
WHO LIKE THEIR WHIRLS
MAYBE I SHOULD….
Flitter, flutter, hoping, popping
Times a-ticking, times a- flying
Seeing time just hanging
Keep on sleeping, keep on dreaming
Little flutters whispering about
I have a mug, he has a face
Where his mouth was, is open space
Do not fear, he will not spill
Thats where the cookies like to chill
Hurry up join the race, surely you must want a taste.
There is a clock its on my wall
when the time flies away, it will not fall
I watched it till the parts broke free
Butterflies into eternity
Too bad I cant find one of these at the mall.
Trinity, trinity
Where could you be?
In a twist
On my wrist
Wavy as the sea.
The owl is kind of scary
I wish it was a faery
birds would perch with delight
At a fanciful little sprite
Not for me, onward I carry.
There’s a mug on this mug, you see?
And it’s threatening mutiny!
He’s feeling stark
and starting to bark!
Feed the poor chap a cookie!
There once was a bird lover from Bali
Whose favorite bird was the owly
Who created a feeder that’s a hoot
Which won’t give birds the boot
As they feed in a frenzy squally
My owl is misunderstood.
He doesn’t hunt mice like he should.
Instead he likes to feed
his bird friends with birdseed,
because he is Uncommonly Good.
Hickory dickory dock.
The butterflies flew away from my clock.
It still tells the time,
but will no longer chime.
Now all it can do is tick tock!
This bracelet of wood strands three
was made from a beautiful tree.
Its natural design
suits my style just fine.
On my wrist it will always be.
I purchased this face mug set
thinking they were a sure bet.
Until they ate my cookies
and told me “tough nookies!”
A meaner pair I never have met.
I Spiky own the bird feeder
By controlling the food, I’m called the leader.
Whether rain or shine,
The birds can always dine.
But not a squirrel, he’s a cheater!
Round n round the curves do go
Making you so willing to show
The arm and wrist
Which now has a twist
Aren’t you the one in the know!
A beautiful bracelet made of wood
I’d be happy to wear it if I could
I really like the unique design
I’d certainly love to make it mine
So I hope my limerick is good!
A bracelet as fine as can be.
Made from the bark of a tree.
It’s woven together,
Still light as a feather
The colors, a beautiful three.
THERE ONCE WAS A MUG WITH A PLACE
TO KEEP SNACKS WARN IN IT’S BASE.
THE DRINK WILL STAY HOT
WHILE YOU EAT THE WHOLE LOT
FILILNG UP WITH A SMILE ON YOUR FACE.
Trinity Wooden Cuff Bracelet
not usually made out of wood
this bracelet makes me think that I could
make shapes from a tree
that mean something to me
and be universally understood
Warm or Cool Face Mugs
somebody give me a snack
that I’ll hold in my mouth with a knack
matters whether or not
my beverage is hot
cause my handle will tip it all back

I felt a caterpillar wriggling in my sock
it was all just a dream
as I awoke just to see
butterflies coming out of my clock
Spiky Owl Bird Feeder
While you are asleep in your bed
I hunt in the night to get fed
thanks for the seed
to attract my next feed
maybe I’ll munch on this stuff instead
Hot chocolate or tea?
Macchiato for me!
I’m feeling pretty smug,
Since I got this mug,
But it better not eat my cookie!
Inside my mouth you will find,
Hidden treats that I don’t mind,
Cookies or fudge,
I won’t judge
Even when it goes to your behind!
MUGS
I wasn’t sure that I should
Make a purchase from Uncommon Goods.
When I saw these two mugs,
Gave my shoulders a shrug,
And decided I probably would.
Now they’re in use every day,
For my tea or my cafe au lait.
My treats safely stored,
My beverage is poured
Best purchase ever, I say!
BIRD FEEDER
Looking out through the window I see
A large feathered dinner party.
Little cheeks stuffed with seed
Hungry birds here to feed.
All of them hosted by me.

A fashionata star in the making!
One’s not enough I insist

Put this gem on the top of your list!
Two bug went out for walk
Around the edge of the clock
After a nap

They flew away! tickity, tock

Like a roller coaster of bows
Made of bright wood
The colors are good
The Trinity bracelet, I chose.

How much better to flutter than fly.
Cause life will be better,
When lost in the flutter.
Better flutter; let fliers pass by.

“Don’t touch my food, don’t you dare;
I haven’t got any to spare!
I might seem small

So back off and get back in the air.”
::Warm or Cool Face Mugs::
I opened my cupboard for tea
and found tea staring right back at me!
With two cookies for ransom
demanding a handsome
reward or they’d drink the coffee!
A girl loved her drink with a snack
But two empty hands she did lack,
Then discovered a mug
That allowed her to lug
Her treats all-in-one, that’s a fact
(Spiky Owl Bird Feeder)
There once was a birdie bird feeder
She held all the seed a bit neater
It is such a hoot
She really is cute
All the birdies flew by just to meet her.
(Warm or Cool Face Mugs)
You have one of those tricky place faces
I lose all my common sense graces

and hide my cookie
No crumbs or clues left for traces

Butterflies fly off the clock
time passes by
as I watch them fly
And realize it’s time to take stock
I’m hanging around in a tree.
(not exactly as I’d choose to be)
Birds come get my loot
But I don’t give a hoot
I just sit here most silently.
There once was an owl who,
Was so lonely and utterly blue,
After being hung outside
And finally opening his eyes
This was all so wonderfully new!
From one cup to another
Hey, buddy what d’ya think
Could we at least have one little drink?
My mouth is stretched wide,
Please put something inside
I gotta get rid of this kink!

I wind myself around your arm,
No reason for alarm
Place me on your wrist
you only need a gentle twist
I told you I’d do no harm!

that looks of the bite of a butterfly’s flight
when the day is a bore
I’ll just look at them soar
and imagine where they shall alight
